I grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Texas Dental Branch. While going to school I was a reserve deputy with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department, Marine Division. Ultimately, I obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UT and then attended Olin Teague Veterans Hospital residency program in Temple, Texas. I really wanted to practice and live in a small town, so Burleson was a perfect fit at the time. I have lived here since 1979. My wife, Marsha, has worked with me since 1984. I have two daughters and one son, four grandsons and one grand angel. Some of my interests include restoring an old pick up, radio communications (I am a amateur radio operator) and electronics.
