Beyond Service Recognition

The Burleson Police Foundation Board established a “Beyond Service” recognition award for Burleson Police staff members that provide exceptional service to the community. The Foundation purchased challenge coins to commemorate outstanding service and recently recognized several staff members. Pictured below are Sierra Robertson (3rd from left, front row), Dylon Kinney, James McClure, and Tiffany Bauereisen.

Sierra is a 911 dispatcher and was honored for her assistance when a child broke his arm while bike riding. She coordinated medical assistance and kept the child calm.

Dylon Kinney, James McClure, and Clint Thompson (not pictured) were recognized for their assistance on a call where a women’s purse was stolen, leading to a stand-off with an armed suspect. The suspect was eventually arrested without incident.

Wanda Page, Victim’s Assistance Coordinator (not pictured) was recognized for her assistance with a family in crisis.
